Shipping policy

We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

If your item is in stock, it will be dispatched promptly, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once it's on its way.

If a product is marked as “Pre-Order”, this means we don’t currently hold it in stock. In this case, the item will be ordered from our manufacturer, and shipped out to you as soon as it arrives with us.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped together once all items are available unless arranged otherwise.

Please allow 10-14 working days for preorders to arrive to me
