Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you change your mind, we accept returns on hair extensions that are unused, unopened, and still sealed in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• It must be unopened and still wrapped/sealed in its original packaging (for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair that has been unwrapped)

• You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Important notes:

• We do not accept returns on hair that has been unwrapped, worn, or tampered with

• Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect
